Friedrich's Ataxia Research Alliance

On Sunday May 16, 2010 $205.00 was contributed to the FARA walkathon.  Ataxia is a debilitating, life-shortening, degenerative neuro-muscular disorder.   Onset of symptons can vary from childhood to adulthood.  FA is a little known disease and every contribution is greatly appreciated.  You certainly helped me show that QUCC is still speaking through their love and concern.  Thank you !  Beth

50 Cents a Day Challenge

MAKING CHANGE A GOOD THING !

During these hard economic times the church and God's love is going to be needed more than ever.  Will we respond to the needs of the church and our neighbors?  Our challenge started Feb. 14 and goes until Dec. 31, 2010.  If 100 people took jus 50 cents a day and put it in a jar or bank and then those same 100 people  brought their jar in to join with each others, each month we could raise over $1500.00 dollars.  And over $15,000.00 together as a group by the end of the year.  Will you be one of those 100 people this year?

Bring your 50 cents a day challenge in and

MAKE CHANGE A GOOD THING !

A.C.E. -Accept Christ Everyday

What does A.C.E. mean to you?

Part of growing up is exploring your faith and what that means to you.  A.C.E. is a group for children ages 8-12 years old to meet and share ideas, concerns, ability to bond with each other, and to provide each child with an understanding of who they are and how Christ is with them and they are never alone.

What is A.C.E.?  Do you Accept Christ Everyday?  Do you live your faith by the expectations that God has set for you?  These questions are not meant to be answered in one or two sentences but as a discussion whether it is a group, family, friends, your pastor, etc.

We are hoping to give A.C. E. group members a foundation for the rest of their lives.  We all continue to strive to live the life that God wants us to.

Please see Coming Events for schedule.
